We are saddened to learn that our friend Edgar Perry of the White Mountain Apache Tribe has passed away of natural causes at the age of 82. Edgar openly shared his personal artistry, language, heritage and cultural authenticity with us over the years, working most closely with Deborah Martin on several Spotted Peccary Music projects where his presence is deeply felt. We are so grateful for the good times, integrity, and wisdom that Edgar shared with us on so many occasions. He will be missed, but the legacy of his impact on Apache culture will resonate for generations.
