How to order
Each item in the store has its own page where you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. Once you've added items to your cart, you will be able to delete them from your cart entirely by clicking on "Delete" next to the item's row in the cart. After all of the items you wish to buy are in your cart, go to the Checkout Stand by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button which you'll find at the bottom of each page. Fill out the order form and place your order. Orders are processed soon after they are placed, and usually ship within a few days.

Information needed to purchase products online are as follows: name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card. This information is used to process and follow up on your order. Rest assured, all your information will remain strictly confidential. We promise to protect your privacy and will never sell, share or distribute your personal information to any third party. In addition, we do not store any customer information on our website. Once your order is processed, all pertaining information is permanently removed from our web server.

Q: How can I see a complete list of what is available?
A: To see a list of ALL music available in the store, just click "List All Titles" at the top of every page.

Q: How can I see only CDs by a particular artist?
A: Use the "search the store" function to search for all available items by Artist or Title.

Q: I made a mistake and ordered the wrong CD. Can I change my order?
A: All orders are processed by a real person, and you are not charged until your order ships. If you contact us right away, we will be happy to make any changes as long as your order has not shipped yet. Likewise, if we find a problem with your order we will attempt to contact you, first by email and then by phone if there is no email response. If we cannot contact you, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will ot be charged.

Q: Is your On-Line store secure from hackers?
A: Our store is based on a SSL server that encrypts all information during the ordering process and gives you maximum security. In addition, we do not store any of your information on our web servers. Once your order is processed, your information is removed. You can be sure your information is safe and secure when you place your order with us.

Q: Does your website use "cookie" files?
A: Although there is a persistent (but erroneous) belief that "cookie" files are dangerous, all they really do is save bits of information that help a website know the difference between you and another visitor as you move from page to page. In our case, a simple cookie file is used to keep your shopping cart with you while you shop. Things could get quite confusing if a hundred different people were shopping at the same time and they were all using the same shopping cart! By using a simple "cookie" file, our online store can know which shopping cart belongs to you while you are browsing through the store, thus avoiding any confusion. It is highly recommended that you enable cookies in your browser preferences before attempting to order online.

Q: Some companies charge your credit card the minute they take your order even if the item is NOT in stock. What is your company policy?
A: Other than pre-orders for items that are not yet released, your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship. You will be informed by email or phone if an item is backordered, in which case, your order will remain on hold until the item is in stock. No charges will appear on your card until your order is fulfilled.

Q: How long does it take to recieve my order?
A: USA packages can take anywhere from 3 to 18 days, but typically arrive within a week to ten days (may take a few days longer to US territories and APO addresses). Items shipped via Airmail to countries outside the US should take 4-7 business days, however, this could vary depending on the postal service in your country. CDs seldom sit in customs for very long, because they are small packets and usually are not searched
